Strength & Conditioning Services Offered:

  • Testing (coming soon)

Benchmarking specific physiological characteristics before and after a training intervention allows for insight into how a specific individual is adapting to the targeted stress of the training plan. The data gathered will inform refinements guiding the ideal training plan leading to the optimal physiological adaptations.

  • In Person Coaching (1:1)

Taking time to create a training plan is critical. However, we must remain flexible to the daily needs of individuals and adapt as needed during training sessions. Undivided attention will ensure your plan is 100% adapted to your needs within every session so you maximize your time spent training and get the most out of yourself.

  • Group In Person Coaching (1:8)

Learning how to work synergistically with others is a key for team success. What could be lost in individualization is gained through learning how to work with and be motivated by others. Group sessions can consist of more than one and a maximum of eight participants.

  • Programming

This is a great tool for an individual that would like a one-month plan to train on their own or the highly motivated and experienced individual that has a specific goal and timeline that demands a systematic periodized plan that can range from six months to a four-year Olympic cycle. These plans consist of an annual template, a monthly template containing day-by-day sessions, session templates, and simplified video playlists of sessions.

  • Virtual Coaching (1:1)

When in-person coaching isn’t possible this can be a great tool to keep up consistent training that is imperative to stay on track for desired adaptations.

  • Group Virtual Coaching (1:5)

When in-person coaching isn’t possible this can be a great tool to keep up consistent work that is imperative for desired adaptations. Virtual group sessions can also be a great way to start or maintain basic fitness while interacting with friends and family you usually would not have the opportunity to spend time together in this capacity due to geographic location or other restrictions.

  • Training for training, ages 10-14 yrs (1:4)

Tyler believes it is especially critical for pre-adolescents to build a robust foundation focusing on flexibility, mobility, muscle sequencing/coordination, core strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness all while having fun. Training disguised as play. This investment of time away from early specialization of sport could help avoid greater time lost in the future due to injury and hopefully, add longevity not only to an athletic career but long-term health.

  • Consulting

Meet in your environment and create a performance plan to fit into your daily routine. This can be for short or extended periods of time, ensuring specialized habits and behavior patterns, and making sure those teachings have taken hold so that it is possible to continue training on your own.

  • Team Building

“Trust Me, You’ll Like It” draws on lessons from Olympic and Elite Military training, that Tyler and his good friend Nik Hawks have created. The goal for every session is to highlight areas that will prepare participants for upcoming challenges and give them new tools for reaching their greatest potential. This is accomplished by exposing the participants to stressors in various dimensions; mental, physical, and emotional. While these training sessions are not for the faint of heart, each one is tailored to the participants.
