“I couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you for helping me achieve ‘My Best Self’!”

~ Travis Rice

“Working with Tyler changed and enhanced my entire perspective of how I was preparing for surfing. The approach he took to help me correct imbalances built through a lifetime of a one sided sport in the ocean opened my eyes to how much more my body was capable of. His wealth of knowledge derived from training the world's best athletes from countless different sports gives him a very unique ability to pull from a deep catalog of creativity and build a specific workout program for whatever you feel like pushing yourself towards. His attention to detail is something I feel every athlete that has had the privilege to work with him relishes in. The work he guided me through completely ramped up my progression in the surf, in both waves of consequence and smaller fun surf. He is absolute joy to work with! Brings consistent energy and drive and makes everywhere he is a much better place! I truly enjoy the entire spectrum of working with him in the gym, from the slower paced maintenance, activation, and mobility sessions all way to that savage place with my favorite kind of workouts where we learn the most about how much more our mind and body can endure. Tyler has a gift with strength and conditioning.”

~ Ian Walsh

“Tyler taught me so much in the 4 years we’ve been training together, not only physically but mentally as well. He is someone I can trust and I can count on it when hard times come, like an injury or a bad result.  Not only that, but he’s an amazing professional, he listens to the athletes he works with and he is able to give the best feedback because of all his experience. I’ve trained with many different trainers and no one is even close to Tyler’s skills. I always look forward to my training sessions with him!

~Letica Bufoni

“Ty Ty helped me to bounce back from the toughest time in my career and I’m forever thankful for him being there for me to get back to my Olympic journey. In 2020 I was rehabbing from an Achilles rupture and Tyler and I spent hours together pushing the limit to get me back in time to compete at the Olympics in Tokyo. There is so much more to say about the things we did on a daily basis, but all in all we made it happen and I made it back in time to get 4th place at the 2021 Olympics! Thank you Ty for helping me get back man!”

~ Will Claye

“Tyler is among the most elite minds in the strength and conditioning field that I have met in my 8 years of being a professional wakeboarder. Every time we step in the gym together, I know that I am making strides toward my personal and professional goals. With Tyler's help, I was able to understand from a scientific and physiological standpoint on how to train harder, longer, and recover better than I could on my own or with ordinary coaches. In Tyler's care I knew I was achieving a "1% better a day" mentality and I was on track to impacting my sport in the way I wanted to. Every session was engaging, challenging, fun, and geared toward what I was trying to accomplish on and off the water.”

~Mike Dowdy

“Tyler has effective communication skills, he understood what I needed and pushed me to be the best I could be. He understands the full context of things, without bias, letting me see things from different perspectives I hadn’t thought of. He understands the body very well, which helped me understand the why part of our training. He educated me on a lot of things, and if he didn’t understand he did send me to someone who could help. I appreciate his very humble demeanor.”

~ Carlin Isles

“Tyler mixed up traditional sport specific strength sessions with unique “skills” training that got me out of my comfort zone and forced me to find strength and balance in areas that I don’t typically train. He has the ability to take a monotonous session and make it super engaging.  I have never worked with a coach that has the ability to bake important learning lessons greater that transcend S&C, into otherwise dry sessions making training exciting and a lot easier to get through.  I would recommend Tyler’s training as it kept me fresh and off-balance which had me engaged while still getting in the necessary strength or endurance load.  I appreciated that Tyler didn’t focus too much on a rigid structure. Instead, he was practical and creative.”

~Vic Wild

“Tyler brings out the best in his athletes. In our training sessions together, he was able to push me to find new and better ways of moving my body and using my mind to get the most out of my performance. Tyler encouraged my creativity in adapting movements to be sport specific and made the entire session feel like play - even if there was a healthy dose of type 2 fun in there as well. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Tyler and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any athlete looking to take their game to the next level!”

~ Kate Courtney

“Working with Tyler has been the most creative experience with gym training I have had. Tyler is incredible at thinking outside of the box and incorporating engaging, mind-body challenges. I’ve benefited from working with Tyler on both recovery from injury regimen, as well as curated workouts for elite performance. I look forward to continuing to learn from Tyler’s expertise!”

~ Sasha DiGiulian

“Tyler is hands down one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world. From my time as an NCAA Division 1 Athlete, to 10+ years as a Professional Cliff Diver, I’ve worked with countless coaches and trainers around the globe, and I can confidently say that Tyler is world class at his craft, and one of the best humans I have ever met. Tyler’s individualized and personal approach to programming and coaching is second to none.

Cliff diving requires explosiveness, agility, strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, durability, and quick reflexes, all of which need to be applied in ever-changing, fast paced, and challenging conditions. Tyler was able to enhance all of these skills while teaching me how to take my training on the road, which has undoubtedly contributed to my continuing success.

Tyler always brings a positive, motivating attitude, and he’s always a joy to be around. He fires me up when I need a boost, and helps me stay focused and push through a tough workout. He has an uncanny ability to read athletes and know exactly what they need to perform at their best each day. I really like how he keeps it fun and interesting, many a workout ending drenched in sweat but laughing at all the good times. He also knows when to dial it back, guide more towards recovery when needed. No matter what sport, or what type of athlete, Tyler is the coach for you. From my personal experiences and observations of him with other athletes, I have no doubt that he can help everyone achieve success and perform at their highest level.”

~David Colturi

“After surgery to repair my ACL and meniscus, training with Tyler allowed me to push my body to its limits without worrying about re-injury. He helped me to improve my overall balance, strength, and conditioning better than even pre-injury. I love Tyler’s energy and would recommend him to any athlete.”

~ Takeru Otsuka

“Tyler is the type of person that if he called me at 3 am stranded with a flat tire, hours away, I would go help him without hesitation because that is exactly how he has been there for me. I've been working with Tyler for 7 years, all I can say is he changed my LIFE, he is more than just a trainer for me. All the experiences that he went through with being in the Olympics and being a pro athlete, he is able to share that and I believe that's very unique and really powerful. This type of support is very hard to find. Tyler’s commitment to me has helped me make the transition from being a professional skateboarder to a professional athlete. He has impacted me in so many ways, he is more than just a S&C coach. He has helped shaped my mindset and has inspired me to one day coach others the way he does with me. Tyler taught me to love working out, he helped me learn about my body, and how to power through a lot of situations in my life. He helped me get where I'm today, if there is someone out there that deserves to get noticed as being the best trainer out there, TYLER is the one!!!!!!”

~ Felipe Gustavo

“If you looked up ‘The Man’ in the Athletic Training dictionary, the only name you would see listed is: Sir Tyler Jewell. In the scope of my entire career I have never met someone as dedicated or as passionate as Tyler. His knowledge base and background has a depth and breadth of experience that is impressive. Yet to me, what is most impressive is his ability to REALLY listen. And he also hears the things you aren’t saying, but your body is. It’s like he has an intuitive superpower to know when to help you push yourself, and when to listen to your fatigue signals and to rest (which most athletes I know need strong encouragement with). He is a champion for your best interests of body, mind, and spirit, and an incredible ally. And he is strong and capable AF to show you how it’s done.”

~ Angel Collinson

“I came over to LA off the back of minor knee surgery and pretty serious shoulder surgery, my shoulder was in a sling for 8 weeks, and was struggling to move it. By the time I left my 2 weeks with Tyler, I was moving it above my head. It wasn’t the fact that I was moving better and having less pain that was the best part about training with Tyler but it was about how he goes about it when you train with someone you don’t want it to be a vertical relationship where the trainer says to do this do that and there is no feedback or communication given, Tyler was amazing in being involved with back and forward convos and working with me to get the outcome we were both after, it was like we were in it together to achieve the end result, not just another athlete coming in and ticking a box. Yes, we want to get stronger and fitter but I feel the connection and relationship and care Tyler put into our training is what made him so good to work with and I can’t thank him enough for helping me get to where I am today. We trained hard and had fun doing it and that’s what it’s all about.”

~ Travis Boak

“I can’t express enough how much Tyler helped me grow in the gym and as an athlete. I came into the gym with a knee injury (ACL reconstruction) and Tyler met me everyday at the level I wanted to be at. Staying late way past business hours, spending weekends with me on training rides for weeks on end, he was always there to support. I ended up having another ACL tear, so we spent nearly three years together between the two injuries. Beyond being there to teach me everything about training: proper warm ups, proper lifting technique, threshold sessions on the bike- he not only was there as a trainer, but as a mentor as well. Giving me the how to do things as well as the why. Taking time for all my endless questions, reformatting workouts to enable me to train with an injured leg day after day. He takes such care to make sure he is giving each athlete what they need, and his full attention the entire session. It really changed my life getting to work with him, and opening my mind to all the possibilities training has to offer. Coach, trainer, mentor, friend- Tyler Jewell is always there!”

~John Collinson

“I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler during his time as an S&C coach for Red Bull Athletes. I thought that being a professional gamer would present unique challenges to someone who usually only worked with traditional athletes, but together we were quickly able to develop a routine designed specifically for my profession. It's easy to relate with Tyler both from a physical & mental standpoint due to his experience as a competitive athlete. In the year following our training sessions together, I had some of the best performances in my gaming career, including achieving a #2 global yearlong ranking. Definitely not a coincidence, as I come away with a lot to think about & improve upon every time I link up with Tyler. His passion for helping others is on full display at all times, which ends up giving me a huge motivation boost whether it be just during training or in competition.”

~ Hoa Luu - Anakin

“For someone who is a two-time Olympian, Tyler is a humble and still a very passionate athlete. In his presence as a coach, athletes are driven to make him and themselves proud. I witnessed and experienced his influence for many months while recovering from a foot injury and at performance camps. Tyler explains things simply, so you always know exactly what benefit the training will provide to your craft. Tyler is patient, yet efficient. Each session with Tyler was time well spent. When training on my own, I refer to videos that Tyler made to confirm my form and to handwritten pages of customized workouts he created for me. I covet these items. They are as essential to my travels as my passport. I credit Tyler for some of the confidence that I have when I approach my sport. We train reactions, balance, strength, mobility, focus and performing under pressure... These strong fundamentals act like a "you've got it bro" sort of voice at go time.”

~ JT Holmes

“The opportunities I have had over my sporting career to train with Tyler have been blessings. His coaching approach is very holistic. He places value in you as a person first and foremost and then with ingenuity and passion he structures and guides training progressions towards your crazy wild dreams. As a secret weapon to countless world class athletes, Tyler has always remained humble and committed in pursuit of helping others achieve their dreams. Absolute legend!”

~ Jordan Mercer

“It was a life changing experience training with Tyler, we did some heavy heavy training, we obtained amazing results including an X Games Bronze Medal, we worked on a very well structured plan, based on my specific needs and mindset. I like Tyler because he is very sensitive to the animal we all have inside, the way we feel and we express ourselves as athletes VS other trainers that play by the book/rule/ or college. For me the connection, intuition and ability to identify the killer instinct of an athlete is key, and Tyler is able to manage this area perfectly which works very well for me. Having a structured plan made everything come together, he was very precise when it came down to creating this so we don’t overtrain. His work ethic is second to none, always on time, always ready, and most important he walks the walk, ready to jump in the training session with me at any time when I needed that boost. Such an amazing human and coach to have in your corner.”

~ Coco Zurita

“Being a professional athlete for over 10 years I’ve worked with a lot of great professionals but never had I crossed paths with someone as dedicated and loving of his work as Tyler. His dedication and commitment to his athletes inspired me to be better. One of the things that stood out was that he believed in educating the athlete during our sessions, so I would have knowledge of what and why we were doing certain exercises. He thought me the goal and mechanics behind every exercise during our training sessions so I could train better, and also the value of periodizing, resting and listening to my body. Apart from being a great trainer and my evolution being visible when working with him, he had a great eye for understanding the mental aspect of training. For example when his athletes were fatigued but didn’t realize, or when they were bothered with something and that was taking away from the session. He not only helped me evolve as an athlete and see training differently with much more joy and respect but also helped me as a person. I’ve learned and evolved under my training with Tyler and how he has changed my relationship with training for the better, something I’ll carry for the rest of my life.”

~ Bruna Kajiya

“One of my favorite things about training with Tyler is his creativity in the gym. He's able to find new solutions that fill the gaps in my program while keeping me engaged and always giving me a challenge! I play elite level roller derby, which is a sport that encompasses all aspects of athletics, and Tyler is able to incorporate everything to make sure that I'm well prepared for competition. As an athlete himself, he understands the mental aspect of sport as well, which is highly valuable. He's very passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. I would definitely recommend training with him.”

~ Loren Mutch

“I began training with Tyler on a regular basis after having multiple surgeries. Before working with Tyler, I didn’t know where to turn or how to improve my condition. I felt that the mainstream treatments weren’t getting me to where I needed to be. I was so inspired after meeting Tyler that I decided to go to LA and commit to an entire week with him. Since I don’t live in LA, it seemed to be bit of a stretch, to go all the way to California just to "work out,” but little did I know that this would be a pivotal moment in my life and for my career. The experience I had was far beyond working with just another trainer, Tyler introduced to me a whole new way of training. He gave me the tools and a perspective that no other trainer ever did before. Training went beyond learning a few new routines, it gave me the ability to build and develop my own personalized training methods based on what I needed. I look back at our first week together as the start of a new chapter in my life. This was the point where not only I began to have an incredible understating of conditioning and training, but it opened up my eyes to realizing there was a lot more for me to learn. After a few injuries and setbacks Tyler got me back on feet and beyond; he inspired me to live a new life. He went out of his way to better understand me, my body and my sport. He greatly aided in helping me with my quest to constantly seek out ways to better myself. It is equally important for me to focus on what I do outside of my sport in order to get better within my sport and help increase my athletic performance. This all overlaps with improving my quality of life and every day overall health. I was able to do this, thanks to Tyler. Beyond his unparalleled knowledge, Tyler cares. The care that he puts in, both on-site and off, is like nothing I had ever experienced before. He would constantly check in on me while I was out of town, traveling, working, training, etc. He was always concerned and wanted to see how I was doing. He kept tabs on my schedule and would reach out to make sure I wasn’t overtraining, a trap he knows that is easy for me to fall into. Thanks to Tyler I am on an incredible path. I am forever grateful for him and everything that he has done for me, both personally and professionally. My favorite Tyler quote is " The most important workout is the one you are not doing". I remind myself of this daily.”

~ Jeff Provanzano

“In September 2018, I sustained one of the most devistating injuries of my career, completely destroying my feet in a crash. I had a grueling seven month training process to get back on my feet. Tyler was such a key player in my recovery by pushing me through the recovery process not only to get me walking normal again, but get me mentally and physically prepared to achieve a childhood dream of winning an XGames gold medal less than a year after such a devistating injury. Can’t thank Tyler enough for pushing my mind and body and teaching me to trust the process so I could achieve my goals! Hard work pays off and Tyler is the epitome of hard work!”

~ Tyler Bereman

“I don't really know where to start with Tyler. There are so many different things that separate him from the rest. I'll start by saying his attention to detail and the needs of each specific person is amazing. I feel there can be a sense of mundaneness and repetition when you step into the gym. With Tyler, we were very specific on what my needs were and how we could approach those in a way that would best resonate with me. That alone kept me engaged and killed my stigma for boring gym sessions. Each time I would walk into the gym I was there to work, but I also knew it was going to be mentally stimulating and fun. For me that was incredibly important. I have never been someone to spend a lot of time in the gym or training, but with Tyler I was committed because of the uniqueness of each session. It was also cool to work with Tyler because of his background in snowboarding. We worked sport specific programs backed by the knowledge of someone who competed at the highest level of their sport. I could go on and on about the positive impact Tyler had on me and my career. I am just grateful to have worked with Tyler and I am excited for anyone who gets the honor to work with him as well!”

~ Bobby Brown

“My experience working with Tyler was an important piece of my life and career. The two times I got to spent with Tyler was both when I was injured, one was minimal but gave me an idea of my time line been back to competition, confidence and the right exercises to be ready. My second time was a crucial time in my life with a life changing injury. I spent a week with Tyler and this week was so beneficial to getting me back to my full potential. I took so much knowledge out of our training sessions, been an athlete himself he understands goals what you want to benefit from it all and adapted everything to my needs and also opened me up to exercises that really helped me with my injury. My results I achieved from my time with Tyler took me to the next step in my journey and confidence in knowing I could be back to top level racing. I would highly recommend the training, from my point of view in a rehab position I couldn’t have asked for someone better to be helping me with an opened mind to different exercises that you wouldn’t get with a normal trainer. The way I approach my sport now to before I have a lot more of an open minded approach and my time with Tyler really gave me this, the work ethic he gave me impacted on me to do the same for my sport but with the approach of doing things differently to what I did before. Thank you Tyler for the support you gave me and had a huge part in my recovery and journey to been back at top.”

~ Brook Macdonald

“I was lucky enough to be able to train with Tyler for five years. I always had some level of fitness on my own but I often lost steam due to complacency in training. Tyler built some incredible programs for me that kept my time in the gym not only productive but refreshing and fun to continuously level up in specific routines that would help me for my sport as he saw the specific style of motorcycle riding that I was competing in as well as help all aspects of my reaction time stability and balance that help in life just as much as they do in sport. I also saw him do this for many other athletes in various sports, all at a premier level. It was always very interesting to watch the different programs he put together for each athlete based upon their output in sport and personal needs or modifications if needed during times of injury. Above all that it was a smiling face every single day that was willing to put in the grind work and keep the motivation level high and I’m thankful for the time that I was able to spend training with Tyler. It truly made me think about my athleticism and testing myself personally more than I have ever had before.”

~ Aaron Colton

“My training with Tyler might be different than a lot of other people. I was a professional video game player and had no prior experience with working out or training outside of sports as a kid. Tyler taught me the basics of working out with good form and helped me work at a pace that would avoid any injury while slowly getting stronger and eventually getting to the bigger lifts I wanted to do. He did a lot to keep the training sessions mentally engaging, fun and physically challenging at the right level. Great guy and I highly recommend working with him.”

~ Soeren Bjerg

“Tyler was the first athlete coach to me and he has taught me lots of things that helped me in my craft. As a dancer, I often forget how important conditioning my body is before and after dance, to prevent injuries, and Tyler has shared his knowledge that helped me so much in my dancing. I want to thank him for making me realize so many things outside of dancing that help me so much to get better at what I do.”

~ Inyoung 'Dassy' Lee

“Having the opportunity to work with Tyler, who is extremely engaging, forward thinking and a great motivator was awesome. I found that I was exposed to techniques, equipment and approaches I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Overall it is cutting through the steps and consolidating them in order to achieve the goal faster.”

~ Kai Lenny

“I really enjoyed my experience training with Tyler, from day one I felt understood and encouraged to improve my skills, my strengths and weaknesses were recognized quickly and I had a personalized program that focused on improving them, every day was fun despite the hard work and a positive vibe was characteristic of every single session, also depending on the athletes will, the involvement of other sports athletes sharing sessions on different exercises was super interesting and fun, as the mutual encouragement pushed us further. Tyler’s passion for performance is obvious as he has so much knowledge and the endless specific work for the different sports & athletes’ needs. He is always coming up with innovative exercises or challenges that are key to our progression, physically and mentally as athletes that need to perform.”

~ Queralt Castellet

“Tyler helped me tons in achieving my National Hare and Hound Championship. We worked on all areas to make me a better endurance athlete. From recovery, strength training, mobility, high intensity, mental side, and cycling. Working one on one was the best part because his attention was 100% on me and based on that he came up with a program for my sport and type of racing and what I need the most to improve on in those areas. What I enjoyed the most was that he always had a program that was fun while targeting the needs of my sport. This made me feel confident with the process. Definitely a smart trainer with tons of experience, knowledge, and down to earth person.”

~ Ivan Ramirez

“I had the pleasure of working with Tyler during his time at Red Bull. In my career, I have taken on multiple disciplines of surfing and Tyler always helped me tailor my program to what I needed to improve on at the time to help me achieve my goals. From one on one to team training camps Tyler was always so helpful, encouraging, and made sure everyone was getting what they wanted and needed out of the session. My best results weren’t just the world titles or the medals, but really getting a good understanding of how my body works and what works best for me was a big accomplishment in itself. I would 10/10 recommended Tyler and the training I’ve done with him. He helped me achieve some of my biggest goals and always reminded me to keep pushing myself.”

~ Izzi Gomez

“Every time I worked with Tyler, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Each time I walked into the gym, his energy and drive made it such a fun experience. The discipline and push that he brought to our sessions always motivated me to be better. Not only did he push me physically, but he would push me mentally to overcome any doubts that I had in the gym. When we would do strength and conditioning, I completely trusted him and his expertise. Tyler is someone who is so knowledgeable in what he does, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to push themselves beyond their limits.”

~ Meagan Ethell

“In my first training session with Tyler, there was an instant connection, an instant brotherhood and an instant love for hard work. Every training block we had was eye opening and a life changing experience for me. He always explains every single exercise and the reasoning for them. As I was seeing and feeling myself grow I wanted more, I wanted to live in the gym because of the energy and passion he shared. Tyler changed my life. He has an ability to gauge where I am at and push me to the point and no more. The training we did was the backbone, but we went much deeper, he provided me with life lessons that I will never forget. He single handedly got me through Quarantine which was the hardest time of my life. Tyler goes beyond the call of duty and has done more than anyone has done in my life.”

~ Miles Chamley-Watson

“Before I started working with Tyler I hadn’t been aware of the importance of the physical and mental training aspect for my sport. Tyler has awakened my knowledge about how limitless the improvement can be with such physical training he and I have applied to my skills over the years. The reason Tyler has been better to train with than others in the past is his experience as a professional athlete which helps us see eye to eye. His field experience provides me with the trust and confidence that he understands my goals to further my success. He’s been more than someone I can count on to see the results of my progression and makes it very clear for me to not only gain but also learn the reason why I’m gaining. My experience working with Tyler goes beyond how much he has helped me, but also seeing him train handfuls of other athletes within my sport and many other sports. He has created a bond with all the athletes he trains. He has created a culture where we all feel comfortable training within and outside of our sport as a family. This opportunity has built more motivation and dedication to naturally push ourselves further in our personal training and progression. I have many stories and highlights in my career that Tyler has helped me accomplished in the many years we trained together and I hope for many more to come! Tyler has given me the opportunity to be a stronger, better, healthier and smarter athlete that I am today.”

~ Torey Pudwill

“I can’t remember what you call it exactly: being physically prepared for all kinds of unusual scenarios. Was it a “situational bank”? Well, running, lifting, wading, pulling, and just about everything else went into one of the craziest races and craziest wins in my career. Thanks for helping me prepare.”

~ Payson Mcelveen

“The connection we had made me feel confident to do things I had never done before. When I’m training I always want the best posture and to do everything perfectly. I’m a perfectionist and when I don’t do something exact it’s hard for me to do it confidently around someone. Tyler made it comfortable to do it wrong and make mistakes but to keep trying as long as it was safe. The training we would do showed incredible results and he would push me to my limit plus two more reps. It helped me feel centered, confident and strong while doing my profession. I would recommend working with Tyler my friends only because I experienced results along with learning a ton of very important information about my weak components and how to strengthen them. Overall Tyler is a caring smart individual who is genuine and wants you to become the best you. Show up be present and stay motivated.”

~ David Reyes

“My training sessions with Tyler were extremely beneficial for my recovery from serious injury, and my fitness to compete at the top level in my sport. My favorite characteristic of Tyler’s training is how well versed he is in all the specific muscle groups and various techniques needed for different athletes. I had the pleasure of training with many different athletes with Tyler and all of our workout routines were tailor-made to fit what we needed for our different sports. You aren’t going to get a generic workout with Tyler, you’re going to get a personal training plan to fit your needs.”

~ Torin Yater-Wallace

“Tyler was one of the most unique trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has the incredible ability to understand the goals that you, as an athlete, wish to accomplish and turn your wishes into a comprehensive workout regiment, while also making the exercises fun. It truly doesn’t matter if you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, gain endurance, or anything else, as Tyler will put together a program that will propel you towards the goal and you will enjoy the process along the way. There are very few times where I struggled to get through a workout with Tyler, I always enjoyed the process and felt stronger for having worked with him. Furthermore, Tyler, who comes from a world class athletic background both through training professional athletes and by competing in his own sport, understands that each sport has different needs and focus points. He also takes a great interest in each athlete, learning about their sport as to be able to create a more comprehensive strategy towards training. In all, I wouldn’t be the athlete I am today if it weren’t for the training sessions I had with Tyler and I would not have won the World Championships at such a young age without his help.”

~ Dorien Llewellyn

“Working with Tyler is always a great experience. He brings so much energy and knowledge to every project we’ve worked on together. He really understands all kinds of athletes’ mindsets and is willing to do whatever it takes to help them reach their full potential.”

~ David Zabriskie

“I was lucky enough to be selected to live at the Olympic training center as I prepared for my sports introduction into the 2008 Olympic Games. I had the pleasure of being roommates with Tyler at the training center as he trained for his upcoming Olympic process. As an athlete I always admired his work ethic and his attention to every detail, which I was able to learn from. When he retired we stayed in touch and I was able to reconnect with him as I was recovering from an injury. I always trained very sports specific but with Tyler’s experience of being a top level athlete and training hundreds of top level athletes he was able to keep training session completely different while sticking to the goal. I’ve always respected coaches that have been there done that, can show proper technique, set a good training environment, pick you up on the bad days, and most important out work anyone. That’s Tyler!”

~ Mike Day

“I had the best experience with Tyler, I had ACL surgery and decided to do my rehab with him, it was unreal how my recovery went, thank you so much Tyler for everything you have done for me! Much love!”

~ Adriano de Souza
